気がつくと瞑想を始めてから2年以上が経過。
だんだん上達してきた気はしてたんですが、最近大きな飛躍がありました。
いわゆるトランス状態という感じだと思うんですが、これまでとは別世界の体験ができるようになりました。
瞑想始めて2年
瞑想のことは前にもこのブログに書きました。
たった15分で集中できる！感覚が鋭くなる！今こそ「瞑想」のススメ！
瞑想始めて1年たったので、瞑想のコツとメリットをまとめてみた！
この間にやり方はどんどん適当になって、今では時間や姿勢はほとんど気にしなくなりました。寝る前とか起きた直後とか会社の休憩中とか、横になっていても座っていても関係なくできるようになっています。
だからといって瞑想の内容が劣化することはなく、調子がいい時は15分くらいは平気で集中できています。
頭がスッキリする
瞑想の効果で一番分かりやすいのはワーキングメモリーの整理。感覚としては雑念がなくなって頭がスッキリする感じですね。
睡眠中にも行われる短期記憶の整理ができるので、寝る前に瞑想をやれば熟睡できますし、仕事で疲れた時にやると頭を切り替えることができます。
ここまでが瞑想の第1段階。これだけでも十分瞑想する価値があると思います。
不思議な第2段階
この次の第2段階は私もそんなに経験がありませんが、やっているうちに何度か到達したていど。
重力の感覚がなくなって宙に浮いた感じになるとか、幾何学模様が見えるとか、上の方から光が降りてくるとか。極めつけは幽体離脱みたいな感じで空を飛んでるような時もありました。
自分で書いててめちゃ怪しいですが、本当にそう感じたんだからしょうがない。
アイテム使って一気に集中
この2週間くらいの間に、この第2段階で新たな体験をしました。
そのために大きな役割を果たしたと思うのがこちら
アイマスクと耳栓です。元々は熟睡するために買ったのですが、瞑想にも使ってみたら効果抜群。
これらを使っていなくても、瞑想するうちに光や音は気にならなくはなりますが、使うと最初からめちゃめちゃ集中できるのです。
そしてこれを使って瞑想しているうちにヤツがやってきたのです。
何だ？この感覚？
ここからは自分でもうまく説明できないので、それを割り引いて読んでください。
頭の上の方からエネルギーが降り注いで、円柱状に白い光の柱が立ち上がります。その光の中で何とも言えない快感に包まれます。
実際にはどれくらいかは分かりませんが、主観的にはこれがかなり長く続きます。
終わった後はしばらく放心状態。だんだん意識がハッキリしてくるとものすごい満足感がやってきます。
一体これは何なのでしょう？
これをどういう風に呼ぶのか分からないんですが、言葉にするとトランス状態というものなのではないかと。
これまでこの感覚がやってきたのは2回。いずれもアイマスクと耳栓使用時です。
いったいこの先どうなっていくのか、ドキドキワクワクします。
また進化があったら報告しますね。
あ、トランス状態に行けるかどうかはともかく、アイマスクと耳栓使っての瞑想はおすすめですよ－。

初めましてこんにちは。
過去の記事でしたが興味深く拝見させて頂きました。
実は私も最近瞑想からトランス状態に自力で入れた感じです。(夜寝るときに)
同じように耳栓とアイマスク(自分の場合はさらに黒Tシャツで覆うパターンです)を使用するとやりやすいです。
あと自分の場合は念のためアメジストの小さい石ころを枕の下に置いてます。
自分の場合も段階があるので紹介します。
第1段階
呼吸、深呼吸、耳鳴りに意識を集中。
目、耳以外の感覚全てを極限まで脱力し、しばらく経つと布団、シーツなどの感覚を感じなくなる。
第2段階(半トランス？)
目を極限まで脱力しながら
眉間に意識を集中
(眉間にシワを寄せるとか両目を眉間に向けるでは無く)
すると耳栓状態の耳鳴りが大きくなるので、そのまま耳鳴り、眉間に意識を集中して5分以上維持。
すると自分が首長族になったような、首から下の感覚が遠のいたような、
とにかく頭の意識が頭上方向に引っ張られ、身体の重量が感じなくなりました。(意識が上に登った感覚)
第3段階(たぶんトランス状態？)
第2段階でも多少動きは鈍いですが、多少身体を動かしたり目隠し、耳栓を取ったりしても半トランスが解除されないことを確認したので、もっとトランスに入るために第2段階と同じことをし始めたら、
さらに身体から意識が遠のいたので、たぶんさらに上のトランスに入ったと思います。
そしてまた無意識状態を維持してると、目隠しの視界にだんだん光点、光のスジが発生し始めて、無意識を維持していたら、
無心になっていた頭に突然トラウマの事がよぎり、気づいたら自分でトラウマの整理のことを喋ってました。(すでにそのことは整理をつけていて復習させられた感じでした)
そしてそのトラウマの再整理を喋り終えたら、トランスがリセットされていました。
たぶんあれより高いトランスに入る際にはああいう深層心理による試練みたいなものが発生するのかなと思いました。
トランスから回復したら右頭部に軽い頭痛が発生してました。すぐに治りましたが。
それ以外の体調は良好でした。
2日後、頭痛が回復してたので、またトランスに入ろうとしたら第2段階に入る時に何故か意識が左にズレて、それを中央に戻したら激しい船酔いみたいなものが発生し、また右頭部に頭痛が発生し、吐き気も発生しました。
主さんは瞑想、トランスをやってる時にそういった副作用が発生したことが無いのか気になりました。
